Dear customer, please, note that when you place an order on our website it is considered final. Once the order is placed our production team will start to process it in our workshop.

Any special requests for any customization (change to size/length of item) should be communicated to the customer service team before the order is placed. Any request for customization will be subject to availability. The price must be paid in full for customized pieces.

We create each piece of Muazzine Jewelry by hand to ensure uniqueness that can't be replicated, therefore, the estimated production time is 10-14 days.
Shipping
Delivery to KSA: 3-7 business days
Delivery to GCC: 10-14 business days
- Muazzine is not liable for additional costs related to customs duty and import charges that may occur.
- Muazzine does not take any responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.
Returns and Exchange
- We have a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy.
- For any customized jewelry items (Letter collection) we have a strict no-exchange policy.
- For ready-to-wear items (Sadu collection) we might accept requests for exchange only from our KSA clients made within 24 hours of receiving your order (subject to availability only). Any/all delivery and shipping charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.
- Upon receiving the package, inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
- If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up the order within 90 days of the shipping date, Muazzine will consider the order abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such orders in any way it chooses and the deposit or full payment paid by the customer will not be subject to refund.
